At KAAKKA, each piece of jewelry is handcrafted with care and made to order. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at kaakka.boutique@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will assess each case individually and work to make it right.

Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, cancellations cannot be accepted as production may have already begun.

Incorrect Orders If you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
